WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered. 

    • HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to help@tooneyteez.com  or by calling at 0311-1777885. At Tooney Teez , we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
  • The replacement will be sent in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at help@tooneyteez.com , within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us but for our beloved customers we charges ZERO for sending you back .
  • Also incase defected piece received by customer,  the cost of delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer . 

    • WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

  • We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receiving.
  • During busy sale events please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.

    • WHAT IS YOUR SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • In the event you are unsatisfied with the size you purchase and would like to receive a different size, you are most welcome to send your purchase back to Tooney Teez  by contacting us via email at help@tooneyteez.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • White and Neon colors are not exchangeable . 

    • DO YOU OFFER REFUND? 

  • Yes we do refund in case damaged or if there was a mistake by packing staff and the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
  • In the case of refund shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 
  • The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days.

    Bought it 3 n half month ago... I am using it on alternative days. ( 3 days in a week) for the rest of week i use toonyteez's other leggings and all of them are in perfect condition till now. I washed them countless times.... N they feel brand new. I recommended toonyteez to my friends as well.

    The fabric is super. Comfy, smooth, and stretchable. But there is no as such mobile pocket in the leggings ☹️

    I loved the fabric stretch and feel of the legging. Its an amazing experience to shop with tooney teez. I have a query does all of your leggings have the same texture and quality as there are different categories like yoga gym etc.
